Josh Sockey was incredible! We went for one car for my husband (we PCS’d back stateside so he desperately needed a vehicle) and we ended up trading my Fusion and got two vehicles!! From when we first stepped on to the lot to the second we drove away everyone was great. It was definitely a breath of fresh air compared to a dealership across the bridge in the other state who lied to us a couple of times regarding a truck. If you need a vehicle- go to Stuteville, ask for Josh, he won’t steer you wrong. He was so sweet and kind and very honest. We both still love our vehicles. Dana (the money man) was great as well! You won’t be disappointed. I promise! (And this says a lot considering I dislike and distrust most car salesmen/women.)

I have been debating on buying a new Traverse for the past year now. Lacy at Stuteville in Durant always kept me updated on models coming in. She introduced me to the new Sterling Gray Metallic color back in the winter and I fell in love. Yesterday a new 2023 Traverse in the color I have been looking for arrived on the truck. Lacy let me know it was there before they even had it unloaded. She brought it to my job, and I purchased it on the spot. She went back and made the process so easy. I literally showed up and signed the paperwork. Everything she told me was accurate and this literally was the best car buying experience I have ever had due to her. I won't use anyone else in the future. She even went the extra mile and didn't have to by delivering my SUV this morning to get the windows tinted. Lacy offers 100% the best customer service you could ask for.

Went in to get a tire alignment, and they told me I had a possible bent frame and that they couldn't do a full alignment. They did align it as much as they could but didn't charge me anything. I am so grateful. Everyone was so nice and I would fully recommend their services.

Today I realized I needed an oil change before some travel next week and Jerry picked my Trailblazer up and returned it to me all taken care of! My first service was free and it was a real blessing on a very busy day that he and Alex and the crew took care of me. I really appreciate the great start to being a Chevy owner! And I love my Trailblazer!

I wish I could leave a better review. Drove 1.5 hours just for an oil change on Saturday because they were the only dealer that had an appointment available in the next 3 weeks within a 2 hour drive of us! Upon arrival I was greeted by an older gentleman that I assume is the service manager. He was very friendly, listened to all my requests and actually put them into the notes for the vehicle! The service advisor I had on the other hand was not so great. They had my car for an hour and a half in the shop before I got an update, which was where I got mad. Service advisor tried to claim I needed new wipers and tires. Funny enough I just put new wipers on 4 months ago, and I literally just measured my tread depth the day we left for this appointment, which most were around 7/32- about half tread. I asked the service advisor what my tread depth was since he’s trying to sell me on nearly $1000 dollars of tires, saying he can do it Monday (trying to make it sound like I need them ASAP). He told me “oh I have no idea the cars in the shop still”.Once I informed him I know I don’t require those, and as someone who worked in the service area before, the attitude changed. In front of the manager he tried acting friendly but away from people you could tell he was sour. Also misspelled my name on my paperwork, even though I did the appointment online with the correct spelling, was called and confirmed the spelling the day before, and the day of the appointment. If I didn’t catch that immediately, my lifetime warranty would have been voided. Nothing makes me more mad at a dealership than up selling unnecessary product. If the older gentleman actually was the manager, he deserves a raise! If he was the only one I delt with this would have been a 5 star review, maybe 4 since it did take over 1.5 hours to do an oil change. Still, don’t make claims that people need expensive parts/ repairs without proof! Also, don’t get upset when the customer is informed about their own vehicle. Edit: was at 2 stars, now at 1. I asked them to look at a plastic piece on my seat and see if they could fix it fast, or if I needed to go through warranty to get new parts. After getting my car back, the seat part was never mentioned in paperwork, to me in person, and the part was sitting in the exact same spot that I left it for them. Trying to sell me unnecessary parts, apparently unable to listen to customers requests or spelling of names (despite being literally the only customer in the service area), unable to communicate when a service will take longer than normal, and sour attitudes when they realize they can’t get extra money out of you. Crazy part is this is SERVICE not SALES pulling out the up selling , fudging of what’s necessary and isn’t etc.
